V3 — Platform
Buzz Generator + Publisher, ImageStore Darkroom, Reports CMS, Store commerce, full Soho OS dashboard online (gated).
Overnight work (2026-06-01): Backstage hub reorganised to George's 5-part model. Audit docs in
docs/audits/. No production deploy.
